In 1975, Bill began his real estate career in the Central Arkansas area making Commercial/Industrial Real Estate his area of expertise. Bill received the "Life Member" award of the Million Dollar Sales Club for Central Arkansas in 1980. He has served as president of Little Rock's Downtown Kiwanis Club as well as the Razorback Letterman's Club. Bill is also one of only 300 brokers nationwide to hold CCIM and SIOR designations and has been the Arkansas state president of both organizations in the past.
Born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma, Bill moved to Arkansas when the U of A recruited him to play football. The former alumni member assigned to recruit him was a young professional football player named Mr. Jim Lindsey. As a Razorback, Bill became a two time all-American. He obtained a place in the NCAA record book as the first collegiate football player to kick a 60-yard field goal. After earning a BSBA in marketing, Bill entered the NFL in 1972 as a second-round draft choice for the San Diego Chargers and then played for the New Orleans Saints for a total of four years of professional football. He led the league's longest field goals for three straight years.
Bill has been living and working with his family in Northwest Arkansas for over ten years and is excited about this market, both professionally and personally.
